If you get home and notice some kind of damage on your new furniture, don’t panic. We offer you five days within your receipt of purchase to report any claims for damages, including concealed damages. Please note that warranties do not apply to “AS IS” or “Clearance” merchandise, conditions of ordinary wear, soiling and defects from negligence, accidents, improper use, fading, pilling, and pets. We will honor manufacturer’s stated warranty policies. Our Customer Service Department can answer other questions relating to your warranty service. There is no warranty for commercial use.
